Boardmix
An affordable AI whiteboard for visual collaboration.
About
Boardmix is an AI-powered online whiteboard with an infinite canvas, real-time collaboration for up to 500 users, and AI that generates mind maps, flowcharts, diagrams, and even images from prompts. It positions itself as the budget Miro alternative: a free plan with 3 boards and AI included, and paid plans from around $4–$5/user/month.
Reviewers praise the value but rate the integration ecosystem and template depth below Miro's. If your team lives in whiteboards daily and needs the deepest integrations, the savings may not be worth the switch; for small teams that want AI-assisted brainstorming cheaply, it is hard to beat on price.
