It adds unified request logging, analytics, rate limiting, response caching, cost tracking with dollar budgets, and content guardrails to calls against 20+ LLM providers through one universal endpoint.
Setup is a one-line base-URL change in most apps, with bring-your-own-key support so provider credentials stay in the Cloudflare dashboard. It is free for teams already on Cloudflare infrastructure, which has made it a default governance layer for serverless and edge AI workloads.
