DeepL Voice
Real-time voice translation from DeepL for meetings, face-to-face conversations, and contact centers.
About
DeepL Voice extends DeepL's neural translation stack into spoken conversation. It comes in three shapes: Voice for Meetings, which translates 40+ languages into translated voice and subtitles inside Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet; a mobile mode for one-on-one face-to-face conversations, launched with 13 languages including English, German, Japanese, Korean, French, Spanish, and Italian; and a Voice API so developers can embed real-time speech translation into contact centers, meeting tools, and frontline apps.
A September 2026 model update added voice preservation, so each speaker's voice stays distinct and recognizable across 14 languages, with the vendor claiming natural expression carries through (questions sound like questions, urgency and hesitation survive translation) at low latency. Voice-to-voice translation now covers 30+ languages, and a new desktop app for Windows and Mac provides an always-on overlay with live subtitles that works across meeting platforms. DeepL says meeting audio is deleted when the call ends, and DeepL Pro plans include 30 Voice minutes per user per month, with meeting-room deployments quote-based.
