Dust
Multiplayer agentic AI platform for building shared company-wide AI assistants.
About
Dust is a multiplayer agentic AI system founded in Paris in 2023 by former OpenAI and Stripe engineers Stanislas Polu and Gabriel Hubert. Instead of single-player AI assistants whose context dies in private chat windows, Dust lets companies build and deploy custom AI assistants and specialized agents that are shared, collaborative, and operational across the entire organization, with MCP connectors (such as the Contentsquare behavioral-data connector) bringing live business data into agents.
The company raised a $40 million Series B in May 2026 led by Sequoia and Abstract with Snowflake Ventures and Datadog participating, bringing total funding past $60 million. It reports serving more than 3,000 organizations with 51,000 monthly active users, zero churn in 2025, and 300,000 agents deployed across the platform, and opened a London office in 2026 as its third global location.
Limitation: Dust is an enterprise platform priced for companies, not a casual individual tool — solo developers will find lighter agent builders more accessible. As with any platform connecting to internal company data, teams should review data handling and access controls before wiring in sensitive sources.
