Loops
The email platform built specifically for SaaS companies.
About
Loops is an email platform built around how SaaS companies actually think about email: every email falls into a triggered sequence rather than a one-off broadcast. Marketing campaigns, lifecycle sequences, and transactional messages live in one interface, driven by user events and contact properties instead of separate marketing and transactional stacks.
Founded by Chris Frantz and Adam Kaczmarek and part of Y Combinator's Winter 22 batch, it counts companies like Linear and Perplexity among its customers. The automation builder was rebuilt as Workflows in 2026, with branching on contact properties and timer pauses, plus Experiments for split testing and Guardian for pre-send checks. Developers get roughly 70 REST endpoints, official SDKs, a CLI, and an MCP server so coding agents can work with contacts and content. The free tier covers 1,000 contacts.

- Event-driven Workflows with branching, timers, Experiments, and Guardian pre-send checks

- LMX markup and Components API for reusable email templates
