About

Qlty is a code-quality platform built around two products: Qlty Cloud for automated code review and code coverage, and the Qlty CLI — an open-source Rust tool that unifies 70+ linters, formatters, and security analyzers (ESLint, RuboCop, Clippy, Trivy, Bandit, and more) behind one config with git-aware baseline analysis. The CLI claims 3x faster runs than invoking linters directly, with AI-generated autofix suggestions for most issues and no Docker required.

Cloud adds the team layer: pass-fail quality statuses on every pull request, AI autofix suggestions (the company claims coverage for 90% of issues), one-click auto-formatting, triage rules, and coverage gates with diff coverage so coverage only ever ratchets upward. It positions itself for the vibe-coding era — every commit from AI agents or developers must meet the same standards. The CLI is open source on GitHub (3,100+ stars) and free for unlimited private contributors.
