RendAir
Turn sketches and CAD elevations into photorealistic architectural renders in seconds.
About
RendAir is a browser-based AI rendering workspace built for architects, interior designers, and builders. Upload a rough sketch, a white-card model photo, or a 2D CAD elevation, describe materials and mood in a prompt, and the platform generates a photorealistic visualization in seconds. It also offers inpainting-style editing for swapping materials in a selected region, upscaling, and image-to-video fly-throughs, all running in the cloud with no GPU workstation required.
It is explicitly a generative visualization tool, not a BIM engine: there is no Revit or Archicad plugin, so BIM users export a view or screenshot and upload it. Plans listed in October 2026 run $19 to $190 per month with non-refundable subscriptions. Best suited to early-stage concepting and client presentations rather than construction documentation.
