Snaptrude
Browser-based BIM with AI agents that turn briefs into zoning-checked building models.
About
Snaptrude is a browser-native, cloud-based BIM platform for early-stage architectural design. It moves from napkin sketch to structured BIM in minutes: draw spaces, walls, slabs, and columns, and its parametric engine assigns BIM data, areas, and quantities automatically, with real-time multi-user editing and native Revit, IFC, DWG, and PDF exchange.
A team of AI agents can carry a written brief through program, stacking, massing, and cores, checking US zoning against live municipal codes, and hand back a zoning-checked model in roughly 7-10 minutes with approval at each step. Its AI rendering engine turns even massing models into realistic renders from a prompt. Pricing runs from a free tier (3 projects) to $60/month individual and $100/user/month organization plans. Construction documents still get produced in Revit or Archicad after export.
What it can do
- Sketch-to-BIM parametric modeling in minutes
- AI agents for brief-to-zoning-checked massing
- Prompt-based AI rendering of models
- Auto-generated BOQs, area statements, and climate studies
