Awesome Claude Code Subagents

VoltAgent's awesome-claude-code-subagents is one of the largest curated collections of Claude Code subagents: 100+ Markdown agent definitions organized into categories like core development, language specialists, infrastructure, quality and security, data and AI, developer experience, and business product. Each is an installable role prompt with frontmatter trigger descriptions, tool allowlists, model routing hints, and phase-based workflows — from api-designer and auth-integration-engineer to landing-page-copywriter and email-deliverability-engineer. MIT licensed, ~25k stars, actively maintained with community contributions.

Quality is uneven by design — it is a community corpus, not a curated product. Reviews note repeated boilerplate across agents, some over-broad tool permissions, and aspirational metrics in checklists without tests. Treat it as a pattern library for subagent role design and a grab-bag of starting points, not as vetted production agents.
